Privacy
Written briefs contain information worth handling carefully.
This notice states what the site collects, what the studio does with it, and how to get it removed. Effective September 3, 2026.Who is responsible
Keyframe0 is a brand of Lupo Rosso LLC, a Texas limited liability company. For anything privacy-related on keyframe0.com, the studio is responsible and answers directly at [email protected].
What the brief collects
The written brief asks for a name, email address, business or brand, which capability the project needs, what has to be made and why now, and optionally any relevant links or source material, timing or a fixed date, and budget or approval context. Send only what the project needs; a brief is not the place for passwords, payment details, or anyone else's personal information.
What the site records with a submission
When a brief is submitted, the studio also records the browser type, the country the request came from, the page the visit started on, and the referring page when the browser provides it. That is how the studio knows which page or source produced a request. Nothing is recorded for visitors who do not submit a brief.
What it is used for
To evaluate the fit, write back, scope the project, run the engagement, keep an accurate record of who asked for what, and see which pages bring in work. That is the whole list.
Analytics
Cloudflare Web Analytics counts page views in aggregate. It sets no cookie, builds no profile, does not follow you to other sites, and never sees anything typed into the brief.
Cookies and browser storage
The site sets no advertising or marketing cookies. The only browser storage it uses is a session flag that smooths page transitions, and it never leaves the browser. Cloudflare may set a technical cookie for security purposes; that is infrastructure, not tracking.
What never happens to it
Your information is not sold, rented, traded, or added to any third-party marketing list. Briefs are not used to train AI models, ours or anyone else's.
When it is shared at all
Personal information is disclosed in three cases: to the service providers in the Third parties section, who process it only to provide their service; when a subpoena, court order, or lawful demand requires disclosure, limited to what the law requires; or to a successor if the studio is sold or reorganized, under this same notice.
AI in the reply
The studio may use AI tools when preparing the written reply to a brief. A person reads every brief and every reply before it is sent, and AI providers are used under their business terms.
Where it lives and how it is protected
Submissions are stored in a private studio ledger on Cloudflare infrastructure in the United States and delivered to the studio as a single email notification through Resend, the studio's email provider. Nothing sends an automatic reply. Transport is encrypted, access is limited to the people doing the work, and credentials are managed rather than shared. No system is breach-proof; if a breach ever affects your information, you are notified as the law requires.
How long it is kept
As long as it is useful for the work: an open thread, an active project, or a record the project requires. Ask for deletion and it happens, unless a legal or accounting obligation requires keeping a specific record, in which case that record is kept only as long as the obligation runs.
Your rights
You can ask what information the studio holds about you, ask for it to be corrected, ask for a copy, or ask for it to be deleted. Email [email protected] and you get a direct answer. These rights are honored for everyone. If you are covered by GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act, or a similar law, the rights those laws give you are respected, including the right not to be treated differently for exercising them.
Third parties
Cloudflare serves the site, stores submissions, and provides the aggregate analytics described above. Resend delivers the studio's notification email. Google Fonts serves the page typefaces, which means your browser requests font files from Google when a page loads. AI providers process briefs as described above. None of them get your brief for their own use.
Visitors outside the United States
This site and its records live in the United States. If you send a brief from elsewhere, your information is transferred to and processed in the US, and sending the brief is your consent to that transfer.
Do Not Track and similar signals
The site does not track you across the web, so there is nothing for a Do Not Track or opt-out signal to switch off.
Children
This site is for businesses and is not directed at children under 16. No information is knowingly collected from children; if you believe a child submitted a brief, email the studio and it gets deleted.
Changes
If this notice changes, this page changes, with a new effective date at the top. A material change is flagged plainly at the top of this page.
